Class Descriptions

HIIT Bootcamp: High-intensity interval training combining cardio and strength for maximum calorie burn.

Yoga (Various): From gentle stretching to power yoga, we offer classes for all levels and goals.

Spin Class: Indoor cycling with energizing music and motivating instructors.

CrossFit: Functional movements performed at high intensity to build strength and endurance.

Zumba: Latin-inspired dance fitness party that’s fun and effective.

Boxing/Kickboxing: Combat-inspired cardio workout for stress relief and fitness.

Pilates: Core-focused workout improving strength, flexibility, and posture.

Important Information

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class
  • Bring water bottle and towel
  • Reserve your spot online or via our app
  • Cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance
  • Classes may be modified based on attendance and instructor availability
